The new 45,00SF facility houses nearly 30,000SF of medical simulation space and adjoins the existing Lilly Conference Center. This teaching hospital features 5 Simulation Rooms, an Intensive Care Unit, a Trauma Patient Room, a Cadaver Lab, and Diagnostic Imaging Facilities. Leach & Russell Mechanical’s scope included all interior plumbing and HVAC systems including medical gas, domestic water, sanitary waste & vent, storm drainage, mechanical ventilation, heating water, and temperature controls.
Four-story multi-phase interior renovation of a 119,000 SF facility includes new lobby, postpartum suites, labor and delivery rooms and neonatal intensive care rooms. Current.
