This project involves the repurposing of an existing warehouse facility in Noblesville, IN to house the Cyclotron as well as the Zevacor Molecular scientific support staff. There are a multitude of mechanical services required in the operation of the Cyclotron including process chilled water, heating water, compressed air, nitrogen, argon, and process ventilation. These mechanical services and related infrastructure are being installed as a part of the project.
Four-story multi-phase interior renovation of a 119,000 SF facility includes new lobby, postpartum suites, labor and delivery rooms and neonatal intensive care rooms. Current.
The St. Vincent William K. Nasser, MD, Education & Simulation Center is one of the largest and most unique medical simulation centers in the country. Completed 2018.
The Zevacor Molecular project is the first and only installation within the United States of a commercial 70 MeV Cyclotron dedicated to medical industry use. Completed 2015.
IU Health West Vertical Expansion project - 48 new inpatient beds, 2 new catherization labs, and 2 new operating rooms.
