IU Health West Vertical Expansion project consisted of Vertical Building Expansions adding 48 new beds, 2 new catherization labs, and 2 new operating rooms. Expansions were broken into the followings: Building A – 2 story Penthouse, Hospital Observation, Cardiac & Support, Building B – 2 story & Penthouse, Inpatient Beds, & Maintenance Building – 1 Story, Grounds & Equipment Storage. Systems Installed: Air Handling System, Exhaust System, Heating System, Heat Recovery Chiller, & Temperature Controls.
Four-story multi-phase interior renovation of a 119,000 SF facility includes new lobby, postpartum suites, labor and delivery rooms and neonatal intensive care rooms. Current.
